aka The Last Unknown - L.U.C.A. is not just a veteran DJ & producer, but a PIONEER of the cultural club scene in Auckland. Running monthly gigs named Unknown Sounds on K road (and now Lula Inn on the 12th Oct 👀), he’s at the forefront of reshaping what a night in town should look and sound like - hip swinging and eyes-closed blissful grinning VS stale standing or desperate sifting.

DJing for big names on big stages like RnV all the way back in 2017, he’s spent the last couple summers appearing across the Aotearoa festival scene under his own alias. On George FM you’ll find this recent resident blending unheard smooth RnB, Hip-hop and soul grooves. At a festy or club he specialises teasing timeless verses then cranking stank-face inducing gunshot Afro bass… I’ve found myself caught between scream-singing and floor stomping at East St Hall too many times to not recognise the craft.

By day this virtuoso can commonly be found in Ponsonby Central thrifting top class vintage wear under his Omni brand. We’re all privileged to have him grace our stage between his multitude of commitments.
